As per the onboarding process, a call has been booked with Michael Martin, the Onboarding Manager, to discuss the financial details and suitability for service. When my financial status has been found unsuitable, a refund has been initiated and the full amount was received after 7 hours. The process has been handled with full integrity.

My experience with Freedom has been positive overall! Buying a house can be hard, but thanks to Patrick Von Orsouw (Strategist), Tania Torres (Member Care), and Suri Lu (Broker), it felt easier. Patrick knows a lot about houses, and Tania was there when I needed help. But Suri was the best! Even though buying a house seemed scary, Suri explained things so I could understand. She was always there to help with every step. Suri's help made a big difference, and I'm really thankful for her support!
