What made us become a member with Freedom is that they recommend properties in areas they invest in and that they quarantee positive equity on these properties. Josh and I got excited when we signed a contract for our first property investment. However, our financial status changed and we got declined with our loan. Even though this happened, our client manager, Samantha Utupo (I highly recommend her), gone out of her way to rectify our situation and gave us a better property that has a better value with better returns than the first one. The only thing that we were not happy was when we were in the process of applying for a loan, we were asked for a document that we have already submitted more than 4 times. 4 different people had asked for the same document and it felt like we were bounced around. Also, the initial deposit on the first home was meant to be refunded ( which we are still waiting for) plus a receipt for the 2nd home again still waiting for. Us chasing you for these details for weeks has become tedious. I wish they will improve on this and be more prompt in responding queries. Regardless of the mishaps, we are still happy to be part of Freedom and we still believe in their philosophy. We are looking forward to the new house & future investment for Josh and myself. And for this, we will give a 4 star review to the team.
