Our policy has always been a no to anything that looks like a get rich quick scheme and that has been for years. Unfortunately we put FIP in the same category and was not open to their presentations until Rach attended one presentation. I attended the second one with her. I got what I have always looked for. No promise for getting rich quickly, but a property investment scheme that we have always wanted to do but was hesitant to jump onto it due to fear of risk of making bad decisions. We were presented with data from well researched sources and convincing evidence of how properties have performed in particular areas including projections into the future.
