It wasn’t an easy decision to make, skepticism was forefront initially, but once every possible question had been answered with data and personal experience presented (as all the staff seem to invest in what they also promote & share) there was nothing more to be skeptical about and just to dive in. I attended a webinar which was really informative and relatable. After paying the fee I spoke to Michael who went through my financial circumstances and gave clear and concise information. Michael was polite, honest and upfront regarding the timing not being right for our family, and displayed integrity by processing my refund within the hour. In my case my circumstances were not a good fit for the programme, but this is not a criticism of the programme itself. I must praise my Onboarding Manager Michael for having a detailed conversation which clarified this. We spoke for nearly an hour. I was able to explain all the details of my age, professional and family status and existing property portfolio, and he was totally honest that I would not benefit from membership. It was actually good for me to have such a detailed conversation about my circumstances, and he gave me a couple of useful suggestions for this I could do in the next year or so. He agreed to refund my membership fee, and this money arrived back in my account within a day. I can only praise his knowledge, honesty and professionalism.

We Signed up the home and land package with freedom back in March 2022, the land has only reached settlement in October 2023, I am really praying the building process will commence ASAP as this “greatest investment’ in my life is causing us a huge financial burden with the interest rate skyrocketing so much since March 2022.
