We are a young family that became members on the 6th October 2023. The property strategist (Andrew) we had was extremely helpful and nothing short of impeccable. He was clear in his explanations and took the time to address anything we didn't understand. Unfortunately, we felt the strategy relayed to us didn't align with our goals and personal circumstance and this was honoured and respected. On the 10th November 2023, the property strategist called us to confirm our refund requests and both our EOI deposit and membership fee were refunded to us within a week. While working with FPI, we really felt that honesty, integrity and transparency were values they genuinely want to uphold. The service we received was excellent from start to finish (even after we had requested the refunds). We commend the work that FPI do to provide a high-quality experience to their members.
