My investing partner and I have only just started our journey with FPI and are looking forward to a successful outcome after we progress through the next stages. Benji Williams was very helpful prior to our discovery session with Jordan Jones which really highlighted our need to be smarter with our investments and where we not only learned more about how to reach our financial goals but that we definitely require the expertise of a property strategist in order to achieve them. We recently joined Freedom Properties and found our first investment. At first I was very hesitant as a risk averse person, but having researched SMSF a lot of companies help you set up, but then you are on your own, which made me scared. After watching a YouTube video ad I was intrigued and joined a session online to know more about it. The best part was that they were a one stop shop, helping us from meeting our Freedom Partner David M who gave me reassurance and answered all my risk averse questions. A few weeks later, we are embarking on our first investment property, with Bhavi, our ever so bubbly and full of knowledge Mortgage Broker who not only took us through all our options. It is never too late to join the team, we are 42 & 47 but we are confident knowing David and the team has our best interest. My Husband and I are excited to share our positive experience with Freedom Property Investors so far. It has taking us over a year to take action with Freedom Property Investors purely because my husband is not a risk taker. After watching several webinars of Scott and Lianna i finally convinced my husband to take a drive from Canberra to Sydney to meet with our Property Strategist David Morrison. My husband and I have always wanted to buy an investment property but didn't know how to start. Until we met Freedom Property Investors. We started with watching the webinar (a bit too long in my opinion) where we learnt a great deal, signed up for a complimentary discovery session where we were given so much information and worked out whether we were in a position to invest. We were setup with a property specialist, who took the time to get to know us and our situation and goals. Sam Utupo has gone so far above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our decision and has gone through all the information in depth with us.
