I am 70 years of age on a pension with a part mortgage of 40% of the value of my house which I have difficulty servicing and ensuring I don’t default. I didn’t qualify for the investment plan Freedom offers and as I was speaking to one of their coaches Michael it was clear that they couldn't help me out of my predicament. That’s been my experience no matter what I’ve tried and the when the person on the call with me realised this the call ended within two to five minutes. But with Michael, he was extremely empathetic and just couldn't drop me and move on… I could sense through his dogged determination he didn’t want to hang up on me until he could give me an option that made se And he did. He showed me I could sell my house and, after finalising the mortgage, have enough to buy in another cheaper priced city freehold. It took a little while for me to get it. But Michael persisted by going online during our call and searching cheaper postcodes demonstrating that not only could I buy freehold I would be able to have cash left over and have no Damacles mortgage hanging over my head. To end our call Michael offered to generate a refund which is what Scott Kuru promised during his webinar. I have never heard any group offer that. I have been locked into two major online groups who demand certain impossible conditions before any refund can be initiated. After I checked I saw that he gave 49 MINUTES (!!!!) to solving my problem. What a gracious, conscientious, service oriented, guy. This morning I said to Michael, “Y’know, there’s you guys, then daylight: and another day: and then the ‘The Others’. “ That’s how it felt. And guess what? This is an edit: The refund came yesterday…. Amazing!! This experience showed me what a seriously genuine group operate under ‘Freedom Property Investors’ banner even though I couldn’t avail myself of the fantastic strategies.
