This review is dedicated to one particular staff member of Freedom and not the company itself. My experience with Freedom has not been smooth at all times and I found myself in the position to pay penalties for late settlement due to refused approval for mortgages and short valuations of the property. Beside of the delay and stressful times I have experienced, i have to say that my allocated Mortgage Broker APURVA SURVE has been amazing in her best way she can be. Due to late settlement i had to pay a penalty which made me very frustrated but Apurva has tried her best to minimize my losses and has even gone beyond her responsibilities and transfered her mortgage commission to me so that I am not too far out of pocket. Very great gesture you hardly experiencing g in the corporate or property/finance industry. Thank you Apurva Surve.
