UPDATE: It has now been about 6 months since we initially contacted Freedom. In that time we have successfully settled on our first investment property and we have a deposit on another two. One being through a SMSF that Freedom guided us on. Now that we have been through the process from start to finish, I can honestly say that we have been given excellent service. Even now post settlement, every member of the team is still available to answer any questions we have. The first property was valued by the bank at the time of securing the loan prior to settlement and has been valued at a huge increase. We made that increase by just waiting until it was finished. The demand for rentals was definitely high (as predicted by Freedom) and our tenant was secured at the time of settlement also. Nelson is our Property Strategist and I consider him to be such an asset. He definitely has been able to inspire and guide us the whole way. Faisal is our Broker and has taken extra time at all stages to give as much information and options as possible. And lastly, Trinda our Member Care Manager is a delight and always ready to answer my many random questions about the practical side of an investment property.
