Purchased my first property through Freedom and it’s been an interesting journey! Bought a land house package and the land just settled! I was worried about this before since I am not familiar with the process but now that it’s settled and I got more updates and information, it’s a lot better! Put down deposit for the land earlier this year and now the developer is selling the land (same size) 45k more expensive! George, Samantha, Tina, Vicky and Joie have been extremely helpful with this!

Taking that first step for me was challenging but I am so incredibly grateful to have connected to Freedom Property Group with Investment Lending Manager, Philip Keyte-Berndt and his beautiful assistant Rona who took me through the process of refinancing my current debt hassle free and preparing me for the next step in purchasing my first investment property. He took time to understand my current position financially and is very knowledgeable and explains things in terms easy to understand. They also provided me a manageable plan that suited my current situation moving forward. The whole process only took about 4 weeks from beginning until the settlement date. Like to thank Tania Torres for her efforts over the past few months as a lot of hard work was done behind the scenes and a few touch and go moments but the team managed pull it all together at the last minute given the build was complete 5/6 months earlier than predicted. My partner and I were referred to Michael for our first stage, which included financial assessment and goal setting. We had a very specific budget that suited our unique situation (currently travelling Australia). Michael was very understanding and in tune with our goals. He was honest and upfront about potential investment options, one that we considered but soon realised we weren’t ready for. We have decided not to pursue investment now, but will certainly re connect with Michael should our situation change in future. In our experience, definitely no sales pitch or pressure to reel us in, like what I’ve seen from negative reviews.
