Our second property with Tim Heggen has also been a success so far. It's a 4-bedroom townhouse in Bracken Ridge. We had tenants within 4 weeks of settlement, and we achieved higher rental rates than initially expected. Also, with the current market, it is showing significant captical growth since we signed 3 years ago. I would recommend Freedom and especially Tim if you are considering this path. You do need patience with the build from the time you sign to settlement, especially for off-the-plan purchases.
