There has been hiccups along the way but I commend my membercare Michael Nguyen whos been supporting me on this journey as a first time owner. The service and dedication deserved 5 star. I am sure I am just one among the many. On to my experience; The bank valued the property as what signed for so that was a relief. I still believe it's a good location. Construction off the plan progress was communicated well. Defects are reasonable being rectify post settlement. The support is there but sometimes you need to do a little research and accountability into your transactions to push things in the direction you go The membership fee was high but I got reimbursed quickly after sending in invoice so worked out well. All communications generally go through the membercare case manager I did feel like I couldn't consult or discuss legal requirements with my solicitor directly as they really worked for Freedom. I would be more inclined to bring in my own solicitor next time. I had no choice to go with the recommended solicitor otherwise I wouldn't be reimburse, which is okay in this simple scenario. Overall I would still be open to deal with freedom property on my next purchase, I am thankful for them in assisting me with my first transaction. I would still recommend it to others as an option. I wouldn't put all my eggs in one basket though. Do your own research on top. Thanks again !
