I’ll admit, I was a little hesitant when signing up for the master class and attending my first strategy session because there are soooo many scams out there. But these guys are the real deal… Even though I missed attending the master class due to a family issue, I was still sent a link to the recording of which I could watch at my own pace, write as many notes as I wanted without feeling rushed etc. But what I learnt in that masterclass amazed me. I already knew some of it, but the key takeaways were light bulb moments for me! Then following a few days later, the first 5-10 minutes of my strategy session with James McCoy felt like a coffee catch up with a friend. James was so courteous and understanding of my situation, was easy to talk to, explained everything at my level, and has helped me already with a few different ideas of how I can build my nest egg even though I felt like I’d left my run a little too late. I know I’m not quite ready to invest, and that’s ok…these guys understand everyone’s situation is different, however James has helped me map out a plan that will allow me to invest in the next year or so - something he was in no way committed or obliged to do. And by all accounts, other financial advisers and the likes I’ve been to did not even go to this level of detail with my situation. The entire process has left me feeling excited for what is to come all be it, a little late off the mark, but nevertheless, I’m not too late to invest in a wealth creation plan. 2022-October: I have only been with Freedom Property Investors a few months now but so far I'm very happy that I found them. Ben Senior is a professional, experienced, and knowledgeable property strategist who I've been lucky enough to deal with. I have already learnt a lot from Ben in a short space of time and Ben has also helped me prioritise and hold myself accountable to my current budget and my future finances which is a great thing and something I’m very grateful for. Putting a large (for me) sum of money into any investment is scary but I feel confident with Freedom Property Investors behind me (especially Ben Senior, Lianna Pan and Scott Kuru amongst many others) guiding me that I will be making a safe investment! I am looking forward to 2023, 2024, 2025 and many years onwards in my AU property investment journey – for me personally it will require financial sacrifices especially for my first property but I’m confident that looking back my future self will thank me!
