We just paid the booking advance on our first investment property. We really want to say thanks to Nelson Oillataguerre (Property Strategist) and the team at Freedom Property Investors for their help. Being a first time investor we had lot of questions and doubts, Nelson was extermely patient and calm in explaining us the entire process(multiple times) and walk us through all the options we have. He was very honest in his opinions which really helped us in selecting the property confidently. We felt that the property suggestions provided by the team is well researched and backup up by facts and data. We highly recommend Nelson and Freedom Property Investors team if you are looking forward to invest in property. Update: Our first property has been settled and the build phase is going on. We have just begun the process of purchasing our first property with Freedom. Asi our property strategist has patiently answered all of our questions and worked hard to really get to know us do he could find the best property for us. Kristina our mortgage broker has gone above and beyond to help us make our investment dreams come true. Sep 22 - It has been around an year of being a member of the Freedom Property family. Thought it is a good time to provide an update of my experience. The phenomenal Steven has gone from being just a property strategist to a full time close friend. We recently caught up for lunch with our families. In addition to everything I have said about Steve in my below review, in a nutshell Steve is not someone just doing his job - he genuinely wants to help people and does everything (& more) to achieve that. His work ethics, hard work, sincerity and professionalism never ceases to amaze me. I just cannot thank him enough for helping us secure our 1st IP which was settled yesterday (& which has already seen a significant capital growth). And he has also blocked another property, the land would be settled by end of the year. Thanks for being a part of my journey mate. Wish you and the family the very best in life. And congrats Freedom Property team to have such fantastic members in your organization. ======= It has been a couple of months now that we have been members of Freedom Property. There was a lot of confidence and assurance provided by the Freedom Property team in the initial stages backed by detailed explanation of how they go about helping their members, which convinced us to take the plunge and become members. One of the things I have really liked about FP is the extremely professional & well-oiled smooth process they have in place, which is initiated once someone becomes their members. FP team members just reach out to us without us having to send any reminders. Allan Cuevas was our membership specialist and he was really good - very patient and friendly person. Allan made sure all our initial queries and doubts are answered. Based on our discussion with Allan, we understood that we would have a Property Strategist assigned to us who would hand-hold us is this entire journey. So I did feel it would be good to have a Property Strategist with whom we can have a good bond because one key thing that will matter the most is TRUST. So when Steven Mau came along, and we had our first session, it was indeed a sense of relief for us not just because of his knowledge or his attitude (which are both excellent) but because of the efforts he put in trying to make us feel comfortable and reassured. Steven is friendly, intelligent and has a great sense of humour. I found him to be not just a salesperson trying to get his job done. Instead, there was human/friendly side to him which sincerely tried to understand our situation and figure out how he could help us. In the world of 'rushing by' & 'impatience' all around us, Steven brings in a totally different flavour. We have had (on more than one occasion) a 2-hour discussion getting stretched by close to another 30 minutes or more, and Steven has never displayed any hint of 'let's end the call/discussion now' or a slight flinch for that matter. On the contrary, he ensures that all our doubts/questions are answered, even if that requires him to explain a few concepts more than once. And just as was explained in the initial stages, Steven did show us properties based on the 13 points of investigation done by the Freedom Property team. So good to see that we are getting what was promised. Overall I feel my journey with Freedom Property has begun on the right note. I feel more confident and assured now thanks to the Freedom Property Team.

Sep 2022 - It has been an year since I joined the Freedom Property family. And probably the right time to provide another review - especially considering that I settled on my 1st IP yesterday :). In my first review, I provided a feedback on the wonderful people I interacted with initially - especially the phenomenal Steven Mau - who started off as my Property Strategist, but has now become a very close friend. Have provided an update on that review as well. This review is for the Freedom Property Settlement team and my another wonderful person - Trinda Lampard. Generally it is a nervous time for most first time buyers. But huge kudos to the 'SETTLEMENT TEAM' in Freedom Property for making this a very smooth process. They just take away all the stress & duress associated with settlement. Right from regular updates about the progress of the property development to starting to provide reminders about upcoming settlement till finally ensuring a smooth roll out - they have everything covered. Would like to give a very special mention to a diligent, sincere and extremely professional person from the Settlement Team - Trinda Lampard. Again have been extremely fortunate to have Trinda as my Settlement manager. It is just unbelievable to see how despite managing the settlement of multiple properties at the same time - Trinda is always on top of everything. She proactively sent me a mail introducing her and then providing me a list of stuff that she would help with and she was true to each word. She made sure that I was aware of all issues, including any pitfalls that I would need to cover from my end. Just for my property, she single-handedly liaised with the builders/developers + the conveyancers + the property mgt + the defect inspectors & more - and to think she would be doing this for multiple properties/customers. And being super busy has never been an excuse for her -- Each time I have reached out to her on phone/email & have been unable to connect - she has made sure to return my call/respond to my email on the same day even if it was beyond normal working hours. Trinda's work ethics, commitment, professionalism and a wonderful attitude is second to none. Just want to say Thank you Trinda! Wish you the best of everything. Congrats again to Freedom Property team to have such wonderful people in your organization.
