Freedom ticked the 2 main area of concerns which was tenancy guarantee and which suburb to invest in; backed by data. Nelson.O whom I have been working with has been very professional and courteous. This Champ has a lot of domain knowledge and is an investor himself where in most situation (if not all) he has always evaluate things from my perspective.
