We had signed up for the membership with Freedom Property Investors and Nelson Oillataguerre was our go to person. He showed a high level of professionalism during our first meeting and gave us some really good insights of how ppty investments work. Also we had our first consultation with Damian Power about the loan structure and other things and both the times we had really good experience meeting both Nelson and Damian. Due to some personal reasons, we decided not to go ahead with the investments and when I spoke to Nelson, he did understand my situation and still kept the same level of professionalism in his response. I have been in search of financial freedom and came across Freedom Property Investors via a YouTube ad. I was onboarded by Justin Wang of Freedom Property and introduced to the property strategist/mentor Tamati Paki in January 2021. He has been friendly, professional and knowledgeable and worked with us to put together a plan. Tamati has been responsible and responsive. Tamati presented us with some great deals and answered all our questions/doubts to our satisfaction. We decided to trust him and start the journey. A couple of days ago we settled our 3rd property with Freedom. The properties have seen strong growth over the last couple of years. Freedom makes the process seamless by making it a one-stop-shop by bringing a great team of professionals for settlement, legal, finance and property management. The process flows seamlessly in a sequential manner. All the parties work as one and we were able to get the settlements done on time. Damian Power from Finance did a fantastic job by finding the right lender and tackling all the moving parts in the process. He is friendly, and approachable and helped us expedite the process. When it comes to complications in the process, he even went the extra mile by coordinating with other parties to get their help for the settlement. Mae Anne had also been super effective in coordinating the preparation of the documentation between us and the lender. Mae also followed up effectively on a regular basis to make sure the settlement took place on time. Damain and Mae kept contacting the lender to accelerate the settlement process. Arvind Tamilarasan from the settlement team provided an excellent value-added customer service. When I had about 200 + pages of mortgage documents to go through, he sent me a summarized version of the document about 25 pages eliminating all unnecessary pages, which saved our time and energy a lot. Arvind provided great tips to make it all easy. Throughout the process Arvind kept me informed about the progress of the milestones of the process via emails and instant messages. He did a great job by coordinating with all the teams to escalate the settlement and providing me with timely updates. The lawyer Leon Mazarakis was very accommodating when getting the documents signed. Warm and friendly he made our life easier at crucial times. I would like to thank the friendly, professional and helpful Freedom team; Tamati, Damian and Mae from Finance and Arvind from Settlement and Leon from Legal for working as one to make process of financial freedom possible.
