What an experience! We have procrastinated on buying an investment property for years now purely because we really had no idea where to buy and the thought of how painful the process is definitely deterred us. Jake Ziegler has been a rock for me to learn from over the last year . He has facilitated and communicated the specifics of the process, steered the funding to a successful outcome, and responded to my many ( and no doubt annoying ....) enquiries over the purchase period . Julie Liu has also been a reliable and educated link in providing me with regular updates regarding progress, settlement and purchasing specifics.
