Had the coolest chat with Michael! He helped me understand what our options were in terms of where our finances were sitting - unfortunately, our circumstances weren’t aligning so we decided to sort ourselves out and come back again at a later date, and a refund was processed immediately, without a question. Freedom is a great platform to starter property investors. However, my investment as a new member took way longer than anticipated. It would have been much better delivery if Freedom had kept close eye on builder's commitment performance and provided timely update on work progress as promised. On a brighter note, Bontu Hassan - Member Care Manager has been incredible help to pull this together. I hope Freedom take this feedback seriously. Best wishes.
