I found Freedom Property staff to be very transparent and honest right from the start. Even when my personal circumstances changed, they were extremely understanding, and helpful. I worked with Tim. I must I say, He really made himself available to me and explain to me the process of property purchase according to freedom properties model as well as supporting me with some depreciation scenarios.I had subscribed and made an initial payment to try it out and see if it was for me to buy investment properties on this model at this satge. I felt it was not the time for me and i needed a different pace and in fact another model is required for my life circumstances. They refunded me witout any hassle within the 60 days notice which is also why I decided to provide a positive review. Therefore I can say it is definitely worth exploring.

I joined Freedom Property Investors in December 2020 after suffering a bad financial loss in a failed joint venture with another property development company. My strategists William Colebrook and David Morrison secured a property for me in September 2021 which allowed me time to save and sell my under performing unit. The settlement process in February 2024 was excellent. The bank valuation gross capital gain since has returned in excess of 100K. I am very grateful to senior finance manager Bhavi Desai and her team for securing a loan for me against rising interest rates which reduced the borrowing capacity. She achieved the seemingly impossible when my personal broker could not obtain finance for me, and made the deal come to fruition. Also, thank you to my member care manager Julie Liu for looking after the whole process from start of building to settlement so well. I look forward to buying my next Freedom investment property in the future.
