UPDATE: Just settled on my 2nd property last week and while there were some hairy moments prior to settlement, both Andrew Watson and Michael Nguyen had continued to support and find us the best solution for our challenges. Every discussion we have had since then has been with those goals in mind, and how an investment property would assist in achieving those goals.
