Had average customer experiences in the past with, not so honest, property investment companies. Although we are in the early stages of this, these guys are honest, upfront and very detailed in their processes. They ensure you are aware of how they do business and show you the calculations that they use to establish your capabilities. Scott was great to listen to and has his finger on the pulse (he does talk a bit and if we ever get into a conversation, I reckon we'd both make our ears bleed haha). My Property Strategist is Paul Thompson and he has been nothing but fantastic, helpful and completely understanding of our position and will be assisting us in building our portfolio. If you want a honest, understanding, customer service focussed company to help you build a stable, financial life, this is the team to go with. I will update this as my journey processes.
