My first investment property purchase through Freedom Property started smoothly, with Matthew Gafa and his team providing thorough information and managing tasks like property research and loan negotiations. Their support made the initial process easy, with only a few online sessions needed. However, the experience was marred by substantial delays, which led to unexpected additional costs and ultimately resulted in a financial loss compared to my expectations. Had the timeline been as planned, I could have avoided these extra expenses. While Matthew and Tania were responsive, they often couldn’t get timely answers from the building companies, further compounding the delays. Though I appreciate the efforts of Matthew Gafa, Tania Torres, and the team, the delays and costs impacted my overall satisfaction. Thank you for your dedication.

Tim has done great job in taking me/us through the Property Strategy Session as well as selection session, and explained in great detail the properties, locations, their future prospects, history of the suburbs and so on. He has clearly articulated the cash flow prospects and financial prospects for the future including touching on tax return prospects, costs involved year on year. I would not hesitate to recommend Tim and Freedom Property Investors for your property investment journey - be it your first or subsequent ones, be it in your state or interstate.

Both my wife and I work in the finance industry and had very high expectations. After 1 months, we are quite impressed with the advice and professionalism shown by the Freedom Property team. Steven who we engaged with to plan our strategy is very knowledgeable and has property investment track record. He has provided thorough analysis of our current financial situation and helped us come up with a strategy to reach our earlier retirement and financial freedom goals. The advice is really helpful and property proposal is first class with 44 pages of analysis for each property! I honestly can't fault the process. My observation is that the process is quite mature and the advice is sound. Freedom is genuinely willing to help. Seth, the mortgage planner is also incredibly down to earth and knows his stuff. I would recommend people who are financially proactive to speak to them, especially if you are willing to learn to reach your financial goals. Definitely worth your time! 3 years past, we have just settled our investment property. The Freedom Property team have been very supportive. Especially Vicky Wu from the member care team, who have dedicated her time to help follow-up and chase down various teams and make progress along the way. It has been a great experience so far!

So grateful for Freedom Property Investors. For a while i've had my eye on this company. But then came the time where we needed to act upon just what made sense. After watching ALOT of the short information clips by Scott Kuru, we signed up for the free master class and later joined. That made all the difference. Our experience has been nothing but educational and empowering for our current circumstances. We were connected with a FANTASTIC property strategist Foukimoana Malu that helped us to enter into our investment property journey. Foukimoana leaves no question unanswered. It is evident that he is very passionate about helping people with strategies upon entering the property market in a sustainable way that will benefit them.
