We had the privilege to have Ben Senior as our strategist and Marc Ventura as the finance consultant. Both are highly professional and knowledgable. Ben really listened to our needs and concerns. He's done a great job in finding something that seems to be a perfect fit to us (of course we have not seen the result at this stage since we are just about to purchase the first property) but so far all the interactions with Ben and FPI have been a very positive one. Marc has been extremely helpful and informative, he went above and beyond to determine the best approach on restructuring our current mortgages, based on our current financial position. We are very hopeful that this is just a beginning of a very fruitful investment journey.

21-10-23 Update to below review Ensure you check the fixed price contract arrangement. We had been advised of an additional price increase of 25K by the builder for our first build. On discussions with freedom they advised there was nothing they could do and we had no choice but to update our finance for the increased amount. After 2 years still waiting for our first build to be completed expected completion Feb / March 2024 —————————- My wife and I were very sceptical after attending the masterclass and not sure how joining Freedom was going to work for us as we have a current home and investment properties. After many positive discussions with the Freedom team in particular our property strategist Tim Heggen we eventually started to build some common ground and trust. Tim and the Freedom team have been very informative on our current situation and where we could and should be heading. The information, knowledge and attention to detail Freedom have provided have made us feel more at ease to have them look after our most important investment decisions. We have been considering setting up a SMSF for the last couple of years but always thought it to be too complex and time consuming. Thanks to Tim Heggen and Freedoms knowledge and help we have finally made the decision to start our SMSF and have just signed a contract for a unique property to add to this super fund. We are also about to sign a further contract for a property within our own names which looks to be in an excellent boutique development in a fast growing area of Australia. We now cant wait to see how both these properties grow by the time of settlement and well into the future My only wish was that we found Freedom Property Investors a few years ago. We look forward to catching up with Tim again once we are ready for our next purchase.
