Fantastic service!! This company if perfect for busy people who want to get on the property market but don’t know where to start or have the time to do the research. The big difference with this company compared to others is that it has a team headed by a qualified Actuary and Data Scientist. The information that goes into the analysis about where and what to buy and the properties they show is mind blowing. There is no way I could do all that research for myself. They are truly experts in what they do. I was originally skeptical and apprehensive about the whether to go ahead. I am completely satisfied I did and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Nelson was fabulous. He went above and beyond to help us and was always available for my millions of questions. I look forward to buying more property through them in the future.

Completed a strategy session with Ben Senior today. 5/5 in terms of knowledge and passion about the property space. Ben definitely could have pushed the agenda to sell me a property but after assessing my current circumstances and ST/LT goals he realized they probably weren't the right fit at the moment given my unique circumstances. I genuinely walked away with so much value from the session itself that I can immediately apply in the avenue I will take over the coming months. 100% would recommend even if you have a portfolio. I was a sceptic however I will admit Ben is genuine when he says he's focused on building wealth for people not just selling a property to anyone and everyone.
