We regret not investing in the property market earlier but as the saying goes "It's never too late to start anything what your heart desires". We are extremely happy with Ben Senior walking us through the process of the possibility of securing two properties in two different places. Very good presentation and he listened well to some of our concerns. I initially just thought of getting advise as to whether we should keep or sell one of our investment properties as we are concern that our mortgage loan is finishing soon and with the current interest rate, we think we might be struggling. After our meeting w/ him, we are blown away by the strategy that he put together in order to help us. So encouraged that we can in fact put together a plan about our future retirement. To our suprise instead of hearing hard sales tactics to lure us down a path where we would not have our goals achieved in our timeframe we wanted he gave us invaluable advice on what we should be doing with where we are currently standing. I had my first meeting with Onboarding Manager Michael Martin. Due to circumstances it was decided that Freedom Property and myself were not the correct fit at this time. My refund was processed today, the same day as my initial meeting. I make special mention of Michaels professionalism, integrity and understanding throughout this process. I became a full member of FPI immediately after the webinar from Scott and Liana. The experience and knowledge these guys have is the best out there. During a very honest and dilligent call conversation with Michael, I realized that it would be best for me to hold for 1 more year.
